Our Story

IT STARTED AT THE POND.

Pampolina Collective wasn’t born in a boardroom—it was built on the weekends, in Dad’s workshop, and around the kitchen table. For as long as we can remember, the dream was always to build something of our own.

For years, we operated as specialists in three different worlds, but we were always closer than it appeared on paper.

Anne spent her first career as an educator before retiring to focus on her favorite role: "Nana." But retirement was just the beginning of a second act. What started as a shared passion—redecorating Natalie’s apartments—evolved into a licensed aesthetician’s eye for detail and a design practice that began with local clergy. A natural leader, she founded and chaired a massive annual charity crawfish boil for her church for eight years before stepping back to focus on family. Today, when she isn't finalizing house plans for the homestead on our family farm, she specializes in interior design that proves beauty and intentionality can be achieved on any budget.

Ricci has a career path that reads like a blueprint for the Collective. He started as a carpenter before rising through industrial leadership, later making a mid-career pivot into Information Systems and Maintenance leadership. After eight years of formation, he was ordained as a Deacon for the Diocese of Beaumont in 2023—a lifelong calling he continues today. Following a brief return to the workforce to lead operations for a non-profit ending food insecurity, he re-retired from secular work in early 2026 to fully commit to his mission work as a Deacon and the operational heart of this family collective.

Natalie is the "mostly polished" bridge between these worlds. After nearly two decades leading communications and brand strategy for a Fortune 500 global energy leader, Natalie is making her own mid-career pivot. She spent years navigating complex corporate landscapes and architecting systems from the ground up—now, she’s bringing that high-end strategic lens back to her roots. As the lead of our creative arm, The Pampolina Edit, she specializes in translating big-picture vision into clear, actionable brand identities. Natalie is the one who ensures that every project we touch isn't just beautiful, but purposeful and built to scale.

Together, we realized that while our tools were different, our standards were the same. Whether we’re building a brand’s digital identity, curating a warm living space, or streamlining a business operation, we’re obsessed with the same thing: doing it right the first time.

Pampolina Collective is the result of a lifelong dream to work together. We’ve combined a high-end, big-city vision with the small-town heart of our family, proving that the best strategy is rooted in home. We’re building a house where legacy, expertise, and heart all live under the same roof.

We’d love to work with you.
